基于北京科技大学在校生的抽样调查数据,对大学生的求职准备和就业观念等情况进行统计分析.研究发现对当前的就业形势有清晰地认识,做过一定程度的职业生涯规划,对就业前景乐观,超过半数的学生了解就业流程和相关制度.学生能够客观的认识自身条件、知识结构和人际交往等对就业的影响和制约.不同性别、学历、家庭状况大学生在求职准备和就业观念方面存在差异性.

Based on the the survey data of Beijing University of Science and Technology students, for college students and other job preparation and employment concept of statistical analysis. The study found the current employment situation has a clear understanding, did some degree of career planning, employment outlook, more than half of the students to understand the employment process and related systems. Students are able to recognize their own objective conditions, knowledge struc-ture and interpersonal relationships on employment and constraints. Different gender, education, family status of students, there are differences in terms of job preparation and employment concept.
