近年来,我国建筑专业高职毕业生就业率大多维持在98%以上,但是学生的就业质量不高,初次就业稳定性差、跳槽现象非常频繁,究其原因在于社会认可度不高、就业层次低,供需严重错位;教学与实践脱节,缺乏可操作性;重招生,轻就业;学生存在一些就业心理障碍.要想提升建筑专业高职生的就业质量,就必须加强职业生涯规划、就业指导、创业培训教育,教学贴近企业、贴近行业、贴近实际,充分利用现代化信息技术,打造一流的求职就业平台.

In recent years, the employment rate of vocational graduates specialized buildings are mostly maintained at above 98%, but the quality of employment of students is not high, the initial poor stability of employment, job-hopping phenomenon is very frequent reason is that social acceptance is not high, low employment level supply and demand severe dislocation;teaching and practice of touch, lack of maneuverability;re-enrollment, light employment;the employment of students, there are some psychological barriers. To enhance the quality of employment vocational students of architecture, it is necessary to strengthen the career planning, career guidance, entrepreneurship training and education, teaching close to the business, close to the industry, close to reality, full use of modern information technology, build first-class platform for the employment.
