高校教师奋斗在我国高等教育培养的第一线,高校教师的质量决定我国高等教育事业的发展.因此,高校教师招聘的进行需遵循一般人员招募的流程,同时也要格外谨慎.招募高水准的高校教师,有助于高效率地传授专业知识和组建质优的科研团队.目前,我国亟需合理、可行的教师招聘理论,来指导我国高校教师招聘实践.本研究基于教育人力资源管理的角度,分析研究我国现行的高校教师招聘问题,并做出积极有益的思考.

University teachers struggle in the first line of higher education, the quality of university teachers decided to de-velop higher education in China. Therefore, the university recruitment of teachers will be required to follow the general re-cruitment process, but also to exercise caution. Offer a high standard of University Teachers, contribute efficiently to impart professional knowledge and the formation of high quality research team. At present, China's urgent need reasonable and feas-ible theory teacher recruitment, hiring practices to guide the university teachers in China. The research and education-based human resource management perspective, analysis of China's current university teacher recruitment problems, and make positive and useful thinking.
