From the requirements of professional training of civil engineering major, the article emphasizes the importance of building architecture course, expounds the application of PBL teaching mode in the course teaching on"Building Archi-tecture", proposes how to select on projects, how to visit on-the-spot with combining the theory of knowledge, how to arouse the enthusiasm of the students'' autonomous learning in the PBL teaching mode. And the article puts forward how to combine with the micro film production on the selection of projects, the visiting on-the-spot, the learning of the students'' independent. Meanwhile, the article discusses the effect of the practice on teaching reform.
