医学生物化学与分子生物学实验是联系医学理论知识与实践应用的重要学科,对培养学生的动手能力、科研素质、创新能力等有重要的启示作用.但传统医学生物化学与分子生物学实验教学存在理论知识更新迅速,实验内容陈旧落后;学生被动参与实验课程,机械重复课本操作等局限性,不利于医学学生参与实践和发展创新能力.针对这些弊端,本文根据各学生对生物化学与分子生物学知识的掌握程度、能力水平及个人发展方向等教育资源的差异,提出"分层教学"的概念,将实验课分为基础实验、综合实验、设计性实验,并分析了"分层教学"对生物化学与分子生物学实验教学改革的重要作用.
醫學生物化學與分子生物學實驗是聯繫醫學理論知識與實踐應用的重要學科,對培養學生的動手能力、科研素質、創新能力等有重要的啟示作用.但傳統醫學生物化學與分子生物學實驗教學存在理論知識更新迅速,實驗內容陳舊落後;學生被動參與實驗課程,機械重複課本操作等跼限性,不利于醫學學生參與實踐和髮展創新能力.針對這些弊耑,本文根據各學生對生物化學與分子生物學知識的掌握程度、能力水平及箇人髮展方嚮等教育資源的差異,提齣"分層教學"的概唸,將實驗課分為基礎實驗、綜閤實驗、設計性實驗,併分析瞭"分層教學"對生物化學與分子生物學實驗教學改革的重要作用.

Medical biochemistry and molecular biology experiments is an important subject, which has a significant enlight-enment role in promoting the operative ability and developing the innovative potential and scientific research ability of the students, to connect medical theory with practice. However, traditional medical biochemistry and molecular biology experi-ments teaching has its limits, such as the quickly update theoretical knowledge with the obsolete experiment content and stu-dents participating in the experimental courses passively, which is not conducive to the innovation ability development and practice participation of the medical students. To solve above limitations, we put forward the concept of"lamination teaching"and divide the experimental classes into basic experiment, comprehensive experiment, designed experiment, according to the difference of each student in educational resources including biochemistry and molecular biology knowledge, ability level and personal development direction. The important role of"lamination teaching"in teaching reform of biochemistry and mol-ecular biology experiments is also analyzed.
