Bilingual teaching is very important to the development of Neurosurgery physicians and integration with the ad-vance medicine knowledge in the world. We are carrying out bilingual teaching in the Department of neurosurgery for some teaching experience. To summarize the experience from the bilingual teaching methods in teaching mode, effect and idea. To discuss the problems, in order to provide some experience for future improvement.
