针对现有热采井用套管套损率高的现状，对热采井工况及套管的受力情况进行分析，提出了基于应变的变强度套管设计思路，通过对材料化学成分的分析及热处理工艺的研究，试制出了变强度套管。套管适用性评价结果表明：变强度套管具有连接强度高、密封性能好、高温性能好的特点，满足了热采井工况对套管的性能要求。

침대현유열채정용투관투손솔고적현상，대열채정공황급투관적수력정황진행분석，제출료기우응변적변강도투관설계사로，통과대재료화학성분적분석급열처리공예적연구，시제출료변강도투관。투관괄용성평개결과표명：변강도투관구유련접강도고、밀봉성능호、고온성능호적특점，만족료열채정공황대투관적성능요구。
In view of the existing thermal wells casing of high rate of casing damage,based on ther-mal wells working condition and the casing stress analysis,the strain-based design ideas for varia-ble strength casing is point out.Through the design of material chemical composition and the re-search of heat treatment process,variable strength casing is produced.The casing applicability e-valuation results show that variable strength casing with high connection strength,good sealed performance,good high temperature performance,to meet the performance requirements for cas-ing thermal recovery well conditions.
