目的:筛选出一种理想的小鼠高脂血症动物模型造模方法.方法:参考相关文献选取三种小鼠高脂血症动物模型配方并略作调整,制成乳剂给小鼠灌胃,分别在2w、4w、6w时取尾静脉血,测定血清中TG、TC、LDL和HDL含量.结果:三种高脂配方均可不同程度地导致小鼠血清中脂代谢紊乱,形成高血脂动物模型.结论:在20%三磷酸甘油酯和10%胆固醇的基础上加入3%胆酸钠,灌胃4w就可形成理想的小鼠高脂血症动物模型.

목적:사선출일충이상적소서고지혈증동물모형조모방법.방법:삼고상관문헌선취삼충소서고지혈증동물모형배방병략작조정,제성유제급소서관위,분별재2w、4w、6w시취미정맥혈,측정혈청중TG、TC、LDL화HDL함량.결과:삼충고지배방균가불동정도지도치소서혈청중지대사문란,형성고혈지동물모형.결론:재20%삼린산감유지화10%담고순적기출상가입3%담산납,관위4w취가형성이상적소서고지혈증동물모형.
Objective:To choose an ideally modeling method of rats hyperlipidemia model. Methods:By referring to relevant documents, choose three experimental rats hyperlipidemia models, make into emulsions to perfuse rats'' stomachs, and sample tail vein blood after 2 weeks, 4 weeks and 6 weeks separately, to measure TG, TC, LDL and HDL contents in blood serum. Results:The three models result in rat lipid metabolic disorder in different degrees, to form hyperlipidemia models. Con-clusions:By adding 3%sodium cholate liquor into 20%triglycerol phosphate and 10%cholesterol, perfuse rats'' stomachs for 4 weeks to form an ideal rats hyperlipidemia model.
