In the course of library construction, newly upgraded colleges and universities attach great importance to the construction of librarian teams and research into librarian team construction from different perspectives, beginning to im-plement librarian system based on disciplines. This has just started and is faced with many problems. These problems are studied for solution and the construction of librarian teams based on disciplines is progressing towards standardization and institutionalization.
