    通过对目前高职会计专业就业质量问题的分析，提出就业导向下创新人才培养模式、重构集成化课程体系、强化职业道德培养的改革思路，以期提升高职会计专业毕业生的就业质量。

    Based on the analysis of the present employment quality of accounting majors in vocational colleges, this paper puts forward the reform ideas of the innovative talents training mode, the reconstruction of integrated curriculum system, and the strengthening of professional ethics training.
