鉴于建筑工程测量课程在应用型本科院校建筑工程类专业中的重要性。本文分析当前实训教学中存在的不足与主要问题，对该课程模块化教学实践，从教学内容的改进措施、项目模块的划分、教学实施效果及考核成绩等进行尝试性探索，并在实验班和普通班进行了教学效果的试点分析，教学的效果居于80分以上的学生阶段考核成绩和成果考核成绩分别提高了20%和9%。项目模块化教学实施后提高了学生对仪器操作的熟练性，规范了在测量中实施流程和团结协作能力。

Given the importance of the course “Architectural Engineering Survey” to the Architectural Engineering majors in application-oriented institutes, this paper analyses the current shortcomings and the main problems of its practice teaching. The modular teaching practice is analyzed from the improvement measures of the teaching content, the division of the project module, the teaching effect and the evaluation results. The teaching effect of the experimental class and the control class has been compared. The stages assessment and final examination scores of the students over 80 points increased by 20% and 9% respectively. The implementation of the project module teaching has improved the students’ proficiency in instrument operation and their cooperation ability in the measurement process.
