为了解决泵站充水问题,研制了进排气阀式自动密封真空水箱充水设备。该设备依据负压平衡原理,利用进排气阀完成了水箱的自动开启和自动密封,实现了水泵的自动充水和水箱的自动补水,使水泵既省去了进水管底阀,又省去真空泵充水系统。
為瞭解決泵站充水問題,研製瞭進排氣閥式自動密封真空水箱充水設備。該設備依據負壓平衡原理,利用進排氣閥完成瞭水箱的自動開啟和自動密封,實現瞭水泵的自動充水和水箱的自動補水,使水泵既省去瞭進水管底閥,又省去真空泵充水繫統。
위료해결빙참충수문제,연제료진배기벌식자동밀봉진공수상충수설비。해설비의거부압평형원리,이용진배기벌완성료수상적자동개계화자동밀봉,실현료수빙적자동충수화수상적자동보수,사수빙기성거료진수관저벌,우성거진공빙충수계통。
In order to solve the full water problems in pumps, this paper designed a full water equipment of self-sealing vacuum water tank based on air intake and evacuation value. It was designed according to the negative pressure balance principle to achieve automatic open and self-sealing water tank by way of the air intake and evacuation valve and it resulted in being automatic full water and supplement water. As a result, it not only led out the water inlet bottom value of water pump but also the full water system of vacuum pump.
