国内许多中等职业技术学校开展城市轨道交通运营与管理专业教育的热情如火如荼,本专业的毕业生数量随之也越来越庞大,但城轨运营企业对新进员工的学历条件却是至少大专层次,那么,大量的中职毕业生将何去何从?笔者试着提出几点看法:一是毕业生升上对口的高职院校继续深造;二是毕业生转型升上高职院校的其他专业学习;三是毕业生进入劳动力市场,直接参加工作.这就要求中职学校在城轨运营管理专业教育的同时,需拓宽教学知识面,以求得学生在毕业以后能在就业市场有更大的选择空间和回旋余地.
