基于笔者对95后大学生思想性格特征的研究与总结,以及对自我与自我发展能力内涵的梳理和理解,以及本文对大学教育之于大学生自我发展能力培养的重要意义进行了浅析与阐释,并尝试建立了由"自我认知"、"自我控制"、"自我开发"、"自我实现"4个部分组成的大学生自我发展能力循环培养机制.

According to the summary of the research on the theory and character of 95 college students, and to sort out and understand the self and the self development ability of the connotation and significance of University, the education on college students self development ability analysis and interpretation, and try to establish a"self perception","self control","self development","self realization"of 4 parts of the college students' self development ability of cyclic tra-ining mechanism.
