文章将客户满意度理论运用到对地方应用型本科院校教育服务的评价中,借鉴并引用袁昆明学者所建学生满意度指标体系和权重设置后,结合地方性本科院校实际情况对指标和权重进行重新构建.并据此对湖南某地方高校在校学生教育服务满意度进行了调查分析,了解其教育服务满意度情况,最后依据调查结果,为地方应用型本科院校提高在校学生教育服务满意度给出了一些可行性的建议.

This article uses customer satisfaction theory to application-oriented educational services to local undergraduate college evaluation, reference and references built after Yuan Kunming scholar student satisfaction index system and weight setting, combined with the actual situation of local colleges and indicators weights rebuilt. And accordingly a place in Hunan Colleges students in educational service satisfaction were investigated to understand their educational service satisfaction, the last based on the survey results, the local application-oriented institutions are given some feasible recommendations in school education to improve service satisfaction.
