相对于两学期制而言,三学期制是教学管理制度的一种创新.本文在分析三学期制改革缘起的基础上,总结了高校进行三学期制改革的优点,同时也从思想认识方面、规章制度方面、执行操作方面指出了三学期制改革中存在的问题,最后对高校进行三学期制改革提出了建议.

With respect to the two-semester system, the trimester system is an innovation of teaching management sys-tem. This paper analyzes the trimester system reform on the basis of origin, summarizes the advantages of the three-term system reform in universities, but also from the ideological awareness, regulatory framework, the implementation of the operational aspects pointed out three-term reform of the existing problems, finally conduct proposals on college trimester system reform.
