外泌体是由细胞内涵体分泌的小囊泡,在细胞间信息传递中扮演重要角色。外泌体可通过受体介导的交互作用直接刺激靶细胞,或通过向靶细胞转移各种生物活性分子如膜受体、蛋白质、mRNA 和 microRNA 等方式发挥其生物学功能。随着相关技术的完善,越来越多的研究将目光投向了利用外泌体进行疾病的诊断、预后及治疗临床应用。本文就其研究现状和临床应用做简要综述。

Exosomes are microvesicles derived from the endosomal compartment of cell. An increasing evidence indicates that exosomes play a pivotal role in intercellular information transmission, and they may directly stimulate target cells by receptor-mediated interactions or transfer various bioactive molecules including membrane receptors, proteins, mRNAs, and microRNAs to target cells. With the advances in technique, more studies are conducted to the clinical applications of exosomes for diagnosis, prognosis, and therapy. The increased understanding of exosomes reveals a very complex contribution of exosomes to health and disease. In this review, we summarize the current progress and clinical application of exosomes.
