In recent years, mobile learning becomes a hotspot in the area of education. As the application of micro-blog, micro-message and micro-lecture has been widely used in China, mobile learning has begun to"micro"steering. This paper illustrates the micro changes of mobile learning environment and the scheme of instructional resource design under the micro mobile learning environment.
