分析了浙江船舶修造业的现状及问题，利用 GIS 与主成分方法刻画浙江船舶修造企业分布及区位影响因子，结果发现：(1)浙江船舶修造企业高度集聚在舟山、宁波、台州，且趋向舟山－宁波集聚日益显著；(2)优良的岸线、地方经济与第二产业发展水平等是修造船企业分布的首要因素，而国际航运波动、技术创新等则为次要因素。最后针对浙江海洋经济示范区建设提出以技术创新能力提升催化浙江修造船业转型升级与可持续发展。
분석료절강선박수조업적현상급문제，이용 GIS 여주성분방법각화절강선박수조기업분포급구위영향인자，결과발현：(1)절강선박수조기업고도집취재주산、저파、태주，차추향주산－저파집취일익현저；(2)우량적안선、지방경제여제이산업발전수평등시수조선기업분포적수요인소，이국제항운파동、기술창신등칙위차요인소。최후침대절강해양경제시범구건설제출이기술창신능력제승최화절강수조선업전형승급여가지속발전。
In this paper, Zhejiang shipbuilding status-in-quo and existing problems are analyzed. GIS is used to describe Zhejiang shipbuilding enterprise distribution. With the principal component analysis as the tool to calculate shipbuilding enterprises location impact factor, it shows: (1) Zhejiang shipbuilding enterprises are highly clustered in Zhoushan, Ningbo, Taizhou, and show the increasing tendency to form Zhoushan-Ningbo agglomeration; (2) Advantageous coasts, local economy and the second industry are the priority to the shipbuilding enterprises distribution, and international shipping fluctuation, technology innovation are the secondary factors to the distribution. With regard to Zhejiang marine economy demonstration zone construction, the promotion of innovation and Zhejiang shipbuilding upgrading, transformation and sustainable development have been focused in this article.
