高水平的师资队伍是职业教育持续健康发展的基本保证.教师作为人才培养体系中最核心、最关键、最具能动性的要素,其态度、能力、水平在很大程度上决定了职业院校人才培养的质量、效率和社会适应性.由于支撑区域职教发展的政策和长效运行体系、社会和舆论环境体系、激励机制和培养培训体系、教师职业素养和个体调控体系尚不健全,目前宜宾市公办职业院校的教师职业生态主要呈现出"三高"(高压力、高负荷、高倦怠)和"六低"(低归属、低认同、低满足、低适应、低满意、低承诺度)的失衡状态和特征,亟待关注和改善.

The high level of teachers is the basic guarantee for the sustained and healthy development of vocational educa-tion. Teachers are the core, the most important and the most dynamic factor in the system of personnel training. The attitude, ability and level of teachers largely determine the quality, efficiency and social adaptability of the personnel training in voca-tional colleges. As a result of the supporting policy and long-term operation system, social and public opinion environment system, incentive mechanism and training system, teachers' professional quality and individual control system are not perfect, the Yibin City's public vocational colleges Teacher's occupation ecology mainly presents the imbalance and characteristics of"three highs"(high pressure, high load, high burnout) and"six lows"(low belonging, low identity, low contentment, low adaptation, low satisfaction, low degree of commitment). This situation requires more attention and improvement.
