蒙特梭利教具以其独特的教育功能风靡世界.其丰富的玩具满足了幼儿操作求知的欲望,但也让教育产生了困惑,即:教师的严谨示范是否阻碍幼儿创新思维的发展或无需教师示范让幼儿自主的活动能否提高幼儿的创新思维能力?在课题实验研究中发现,教师定向指导和幼儿自主活动两种不同的活动方式并不是孤立存在的,而是相互融合的.也只有相互融合,才能激发幼儿的发散性思维和收敛性思维,有效促进幼儿创新思维的发展,真正实现玩具操作的教育价值.

Montessori education with its unique features swept the world. Its rich toys meet the child care operation thirst for knowledge, but also to educate confusion arises, namely:whether rigorous demonstration of teachers hinder the develop-ment of innovative thinking children or without teacher autonomy demonstration activities so that children can improve chil-dren's creative thinking ability? In experimental research we found that teachers and child care orientation guide locomotor activity in two different modalities not exist in isolation, but mutual integration. Only mutual integration, in order to stimulate divergent thinking and convergent thinking children, and effectively promote the development of children's creative thinking, the real educational value of toys operation.
