文中建立了高效液相色谱法测定桑园土壤样品中草甘膦残留量的方法.通过考察柱前衍生、流动相等相关因素的实验条件,结合影响草甘膦检测精确度的单因素实验,确定了草甘膦的最佳柱前衍生高效液相色谱检测方法,并对该方法的准确性和精密度进行了验证.结果表明:草甘膦浓度在5.0~35.0μg/mL范围内,线性关系良好,相关系数( R2)为0.9992.在0.1~1.0μg/g添加量范围内,桑园土壤中草甘膦的平均回收率为98.5%~103.0%,变异系数为3.54%~4.08%.本实验得到柱前衍生高效液相色谱法检测桑园土壤中草甘膦残留的方法回收率和精密度较好,可满足对桑园土壤草甘膦残留检测的要求.

A method for determination glyphosate residues in soil of Mulberry field was established using high-performance liquid chromatography( HPLC). By investigating the pre-column derivatization,flow equivalence factors related to experimental conditions,and combined with the effects of glyphosate detection accuracy of sin-gle factor,the best HPLC detection method of glyphosate was determined,and the accuracy and precision of the method was verified. The results showed that for the concentration of glyphosate within 5. 0 ~ 35. 0μg/mL, good linear relationship existed,the correlation coefficient( R2 )was 0. 999 2. When addition amount ranged within 0. 1~1. 0μg/g,the average recovery was 98. 5% ~ 103. 0%,the variation coefficient was 3. 54% ~4. 08%,the method had good recovery rate and precision,satisfing the requirement of soil glyphosate residue de-tection of mulberry field.
