本文针对目前应用型高校教学质量控制的方式、方法做了调查研究，并根据各种方法在实际教学操作过程中存在的问题，总结提出了高校教学质量目标控制的新实施策略。近几年的教学实践证明，该控制方法思想新颖、易于实现、适应面广，明显的提高了教学质量。

This paper aimed at application oriented college teaching quality control methods and the investigation and study and according to the problems existed in practical teaching in the course of the operation of the various method, summarize and put forward the goal of college teaching quality control of the implementation of the new strategy; in recent years of teaching practice has proved that, the control method of novel ideas, the easy implemen-tation, wide adaptability, obviously improves the quality of teaching.
