高职教师教学能力是不同层次能力成分、不同性质活动能力所构成的一种能力综合体,具有高等性、职业性和技术性特征。高职教师教学能力由教学基本能力、教学实施能力和教学发展能力所构成,将这三种能力与教师教学活动中的智商、情商和变商相关联,能表示和体现教师教学能力构成要素的基本关系。

The teaching ability of higher vocational teachers is a comprehensive ability of different levels of components and differ?ent nature of active constitutes. It has characteristics of higher, occupational and technical properties. Higher vocational teachers' teaching abilities consist of teaching basic ability, teaching executive ability and teaching development ability. These three abilities are associated with IQ、EQ and changed quotient in teachers’teaching activities, which can show and reflect the basic relationship among the constituent elements of teachers’teaching ability.
