本试验以生活污水处理厂CASS池活性污泥为接种污泥,通过好氧-高效沉淀组合反应器进行AOB菌的富集驯化,并用驯化后的污泥对高氨氮稀土废水进行批次试验研究。以人工配水作为模拟废水进行的AOB菌筛选与驯化试验共运行32d,进水总氮负荷从0.29kg/(m3?d)提升至5.25kg/(m3?d),亚硝态氮积累率达90%以上。驯化完成后,用广西某稀土冶炼企业所产生的稀土废水作为进水共进行4个批次试验,考察短程硝化对稀土废水的去除效果。结果表明,经过一个月的培养驯化,短程硝化污泥对高氨氮稀土废水具有较高的转化效果,出水亚硝态氮积累率较高,出水亚硝态氮与氨氮比值约为1.32左右,符合厌氧氨氧化反应器进水的要求。

Activated sludge is taken from CASS tank located at Guilin Municipal Sewage Treatment Plant as inoculated sludge .The combined process of aerobic tank and efficient sedimentation is adopted to enrich AOB bacteria and then batch experiment is carried out to treat rare earth high ammonia nitrogen wastewater using the cultivated sludge .The cultivated pe-riod lasts 32 days ,the total nitrogen load is promoted from 0 .29 kg/(m3?d) to 5 .25 kg/(m3?d) ,and nitrite nitrogen accu-mulation rate reaches above 90% .After the cultivation period ,4 batch tests are conducted using real rare earth wastewater produced by a rare earth smelting enterprises in Guangxi as influent ,aiming to study the removal effects from partial nitrifi-cation to such wastewater .The results show that ,after a month of cultivating ,partial nitrification sludge has a high conver-sion effect on high concentration ammonia -nitrogen rare earth wastewater ,the nitrate nitrogen accumulation rate in effluent is high and nitrate nitrogen and ammonia nitrogen ratio is about 1 .32 in effluent ,meeting the requirements of the influent of anammox reactor .
