UGSS 教师教育人才培养模式,又称“UGSS 教师教育共同体”,是长江师范学院在“需求导向、全面开放、深度融合”理念指导下,为突破人才需求主体与培养主体之间的机制体制壁垒,激发地方高校、区县政府及其所辖中小学教育资源的活力,推动地方师范院校农村基础教育师资培养模式的变革,促进农村教师专业化水平的提升而提出的教师教育协同创新组织形式。长江师范学院积极构建、实施 UGSS 教师教育人才培养模式,形成了以开放与协同为主要特征的农村教育人才培养新机制,开辟了地方师范院校聚焦农村教育问题、促进教师专业成长的新路径,拓展了教师教育共同体全面深入服务农村基础教育的功能。
UGSS 教師教育人纔培養模式,又稱“UGSS 教師教育共同體”,是長江師範學院在“需求導嚮、全麵開放、深度融閤”理唸指導下,為突破人纔需求主體與培養主體之間的機製體製壁壘,激髮地方高校、區縣政府及其所轄中小學教育資源的活力,推動地方師範院校農村基礎教育師資培養模式的變革,促進農村教師專業化水平的提升而提齣的教師教育協同創新組織形式。長江師範學院積極構建、實施 UGSS 教師教育人纔培養模式,形成瞭以開放與協同為主要特徵的農村教育人纔培養新機製,開闢瞭地方師範院校聚焦農村教育問題、促進教師專業成長的新路徑,拓展瞭教師教育共同體全麵深入服務農村基礎教育的功能。

UGSS Teachers Training pattern,also known as “UGSS Teachers Education Community”, refers to the collaborative and innovative organization initiated under the guidance of “demand-orienta-tion,overall opening,deeply essential amalgamation”by Yangtze Normal University.It aims to elim-inate the mechanism barriers between teachers training units and the teachers recruiting departments;to stimulate the vitality of education resources of local universities,county-level governments and pri-mary and middle school within their jurisdiction;to promote the reform of teachers training mode of local normal university which is related to rural basic education,and to enhance the professional levels of teachers in rural areas as well.Through the platform of UGSS Teachers Training Community,Yan-gtze Normal University constructs a new teacher training mode for rural areas which features openness and collaboration,explores a new way for the promotion of teachers'profession development of local u-niversity by keeping a close watch into the rural education,and in the mean while expands the function of Teacher Training Community to better serve the basic education of rural areas.
