现代学徒制人才培养模式不仅要关注高职院校学生职业知识和技能培育,更要关注其职业精神培养,把职业技能和职业精神的教育培训相融合,才能实现经济的提质增效升级。因此,高职学生职业精神教育模式应该以岗位课堂为载体,形成校园引导认知和企业岗位训教相结合的双元紧密合作的培养模式,实现人才培养质量的真正提高。
現代學徒製人纔培養模式不僅要關註高職院校學生職業知識和技能培育,更要關註其職業精神培養,把職業技能和職業精神的教育培訓相融閤,纔能實現經濟的提質增效升級。因此,高職學生職業精神教育模式應該以崗位課堂為載體,形成校園引導認知和企業崗位訓教相結閤的雙元緊密閤作的培養模式,實現人纔培養質量的真正提高。

The mode of modern apprenticeship talents training should not only focus on vocational knowledge and the skills train?ing for higher vocational students, but also focus on the training of their professionalism. In order to update the economy in aspects of quality and efficiency, the education and training of vocational skills and professionalism must be integrated. Therefore, the mode of professionalism education for higher vocational college students should take post classroom as a carrier, and a training mode of combining closely guided cognition in campus with post training in enterprises should be formed to realize the real improvement of the quality of talents training.
