针对高职高专院校机电一体化类专业定位不清晰，实习实训环节较为薄弱，双师型教师队伍参差不齐等问题，从机电一体化专业相对薄弱环节切入，以社会职业岗位能力需求，以企业对机电一体化的人才需求为出发点，开发新课程，构建创新型机电一体化技术体系，提出教学课程改革的新思路，使专业实践教学具有良好的技能适应性，形成以技术应用与综合实践为特色的实践教学体系。

Aimed at the existing problems of mechatronics specialty in higher vocational colleges, such as specialty orientation is not clear, internship and practice training is weak, and double-qualified teaching staff is uneven and so on, and starting from the weak points of the specialty, this paper puts forward some new thoughts for the curriculum teaching reform, by the ability require?ments of the social occupational post and the enterprise demand for mechatronics talents as starting points to develop new courses and construct innovative technology system for the mechatronics, to make the professional practice teaching have good skills adap?tion, and form a practical teaching system with the characteristics of the technical application and comprehensive practice.
