从教育生态学视角研究高职教育生态化，旨在为高职教育可持续协调发展赢得生态话语权和发展行动力，切实提高高职吸引力。高职教育生态化建设含有四重生态因子：生态位、生态链、生态承载力和生态创新力。生态型高职构建应以错位发展和预警提示的生态位为基础，以集团化办学和恰当的市场化办学竞争机制构成的生态链为保障，以“升转稳步”的最适度生态承载力为支撑，以创新能力更优化发展为突破。

In order to establish ecological utterance power and development action force for the sustainable and coordinated develop?ment of higher vocational education, we should research higher vocational education ecologization from the perspective of education ecology. It can improve the attraction of higher vocational education effectively. Higher vocational education ecologization includes four ecological factors:ecological niche, ecological chain, ecological carrying capacity and ecological innovation ability. Ecological construction of higher vocational education should take the ecological niche on dislocation development and early warning as basis;take the ecological chain on group school-running and market competition mechanism′as security;take the most appropriate eco?logical carrying capacity on upgrading and transformation as support;and take the more optimized development of ecological inno?vation ability as breakthrough.
