During the procedures of teaching and learning, it is of great importance in the improvement of teaching and learning ef?fect to establish the subject of teaching and learning behavior correctly, encourage learners’initiative of self-learning, and create a good learning atmosphere. In the procedure of classroom teaching for engineering major, it plays an active role in enhancing stu?dents’professional competence, employability and professional morality to find out the small-group teaching organization form which is based on the technological process and closely related to the practical production of enterprises, put emphasis on the pro?cess assessment to achieve scoring system, and compile teaching projects related to enterprise production.
