通过水热法成功制备了直径为100~300μm的TiO2百微米球;采用SEM、TEM表征的结果显示了得到的百微米球是由大量TiO2纳米线自组装成的空心球;对TiCl4的浓度、反应温度、反应时间对产品的影响进行了研究,并讨论了TiO2百微米球的生长机理。

Hundred microns TiO2 hollow sphere of the diameter ranging from 100 to 300μm were successful-ly synthesized with hydrothermal method. The TiO2 spheres are large scale self-assembled from TiO2 nanowires with the results of SEM,TEM techniques. The affections on the products by the concentration of TiCl4 ,the reac-tion temperature and the reaction time were studied,and the mechanism of reactions was discussed.
