全国不少地方采用高效协同控制技术对燃煤电厂脱硝、脱硫、除尘系统进一步扩容改造,使机组烟气污染物达到“超低排放”的目标。截至2014年底已有17台机组通过验收,达到“超低排放”,低于天然气燃气轮机机组排放标准。这些业绩得到媒体广泛报道,燃煤电厂“超低排放”环保改造形成一股潮流。但是在技术、经济效益、环境效益方面仍有许多值得探讨的问题,还需冷静探讨分析,慎重对待。应该考虑多元化协同控制路线和社会整体环境效益的有利方案。

The efficient coordination control technology is used in the further expansion for the denitration ,desulphurization and dust removal system of many coal -fired power plants in China ,making flue gas pollutants reach the target“Ultra-low Emission” .By the end of 2014 ,17 units had been inspected and accepted ,achieving “Ultra-low Emissions” and lower than the natural gas turbine unit emission standards .These results have been widely reported and coal -fired power plants“Ultra-low Emission” environmental transformation has formed a trend .But in terms of technology ,economic benefits and environmental benefits ,there are still many problems worthy to be discussed ,still need to be calmly analyzed and treated se-riously .The beneficial program ,diversified coordinated control line and society as a whole ,should be considered .
