在价值多元背景的影响下，大学生的心理问题日益成为影响其身心健康的重要因素。高校辅导员作为青年成才的引路人之一，在加强大学生心理疏导，破解大学生心理困扰，保证大学生的身心健康等方面起着重要作用。强化高校辅导员心理干预和心理疏导，需从增强辅导员心理疏导意识的培养、加强辅导员心理疏导理论学习和培训、加强高校辅导员心理疏导能力培训体系的建设等方面着手。通过多方面相互配合，以期开展行之有效的心理干预和心理辅导，为大学生提供心理健康保障，实现大学生的健康全面发展。

Under the influence of value pluralism, the psychological problems of college students have become an important factor affecting their physical and mental health.College counselors, as one part of the youth guides who ensure the physical and mental health of college students, play an important role in strengthening psychological counseling and de-ciphering of the college students′psychological distress.To strengthen the psychological intervention and psychological counseling on part of college counselors needs to be conducted from the cultivation of their psychological counseling con-sciousness, the strengthening of the counselors′study of the theory of psychological counseling and their training, and the strengthening of the construction of training system for college counselors′psychological counseling ability and other as-pects.Through cooperating in many aspects, it is hopeful to carry out effective psychological intervention and psychological counseling, in order to provide psychological health care for college students, and to achieve all-round development of col-lege students.
