为研究杜鹃兰假鳞茎中的化学成分,利用正相硅胶柱色谱、葡聚糖凝胶Sephadex LH-20、反相制备液相色谱对其进行了分离纯化,并通过1 H NMR和13 C NMR波谱技术进行了结构鉴定。结果表明:从乙酸乙酯层中分离获得了5个化合物,分别鉴定为1-(4-羟苄基)-2,7-二羟基-4-甲氧基菲(I),3′,5-二羟基-2-(p-羟苄基)-3-甲氧基联苄(II),2,7-二羟基-4-甲氧基-9,10-二氢菲(III),2,7-二羟基-1-(p-羟基苄基)-4-甲氧基-9,10-二氢菲(IV),4-羟基-2-甲氧基苯-1-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖( V),化合物IV~V为首次从该植物中分离获得。
為研究杜鵑蘭假鱗莖中的化學成分,利用正相硅膠柱色譜、葡聚糖凝膠Sephadex LH-20、反相製備液相色譜對其進行瞭分離純化,併通過1 H NMR和13 C NMR波譜技術進行瞭結構鑒定。結果錶明:從乙痠乙酯層中分離穫得瞭5箇化閤物,分彆鑒定為1-(4-羥芐基)-2,7-二羥基-4-甲氧基菲(I),3′,5-二羥基-2-(p-羥芐基)-3-甲氧基聯芐(II),2,7-二羥基-4-甲氧基-9,10-二氫菲(III),2,7-二羥基-1-(p-羥基芐基)-4-甲氧基-9,10-二氫菲(IV),4-羥基-2-甲氧基苯-1-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖( V),化閤物IV~V為首次從該植物中分離穫得。
위연구두견란가린경중적화학성분,이용정상규효주색보、포취당응효Sephadex LH-20、반상제비액상색보대기진행료분리순화,병통과1 H NMR화13 C NMR파보기술진행료결구감정。결과표명:종을산을지층중분리획득료5개화합물,분별감정위1-(4-간변기)-2,7-이간기-4-갑양기비(I),3′,5-이간기-2-(p-간변기)-3-갑양기련변(II),2,7-이간기-4-갑양기-9,10-이경비(III),2,7-이간기-1-(p-간기변기)-4-갑양기-9,10-이경비(IV),4-간기-2-갑양기분-1-O-β-D-필남포도당( V),화합물IV~V위수차종해식물중분리획득。
To study the chemical constituents of Cremastra appendiculata., the EtOAc extract of the tuber of this plant were treated by repeated column chromatography with silica gel , Sephadex LH-20 and ODS-HPLC.The results indicated that five compounds were isolated from the extract .The structures were identified by 1 H NMR and 13 C NMR as 1-( p-hydroxybenzyl )-2,7-dihydroxy-4-methoxyphenanthrene (I), 3′,5-dihydroxy-2-(p-hydroxybenzyl)-3-methoxybibenzyl(II), 2,7-dihydroxy-4-methoxy-9,10-dihydrophenanthrene (III), 2,7-dihydroxy-1-p-hydroxybenzyl-4-methoxy-9,10-dihydrophenanthrene (IV), and 4-hydroxy-2-methoxypheny-1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside ( V) .It was the first time to isolate compounds IV ~V from the tubers of Cremastra appendiculata.
