目的：观察胆结石患者应用全面护理干预的临床效果。方法：选择2012年3月至2014年12月我院收治的82例胆结石患者作为研究对象，根据不同护理方法，把82例患者分成对照组与观察组，对照组应用常规护理，观察组应用全面护理，比较两组患者护理总有效率、护理满意度及手术时间、术中出血量等情况。结果：观察组护理总有效率90.2％，对照组护理总有效率73.2％，观察组护理总有效率明显优于对照组，两组对比差异显著（P ＜0.05）；观察组护理满意度明显优于对照组，两组对比差异显著（P ＜0.05）；观察组手术时间与术中出血量明显少于对照组，两组对比差异显著（P ＜0.05）。结论：胆结石患者应用全面护理干预可以明显提高护理总有效率，提高患者满意度，缩短手术时间与术中出血量，值得推广应用。

목적：관찰담결석환자응용전면호리간예적림상효과。방법：선택2012년3월지2014년12월아원수치적82례담결석환자작위연구대상，근거불동호리방법，파82례환자분성대조조여관찰조，대조조응용상규호리，관찰조응용전면호리，비교량조환자호리총유효솔、호리만의도급수술시간、술중출혈량등정황。결과：관찰조호리총유효솔90.2％，대조조호리총유효솔73.2％，관찰조호리총유효솔명현우우대조조，량조대비차이현저（P ＜0.05）；관찰조호리만의도명현우우대조조，량조대비차이현저（P ＜0.05）；관찰조수술시간여술중출혈량명현소우대조조，량조대비차이현저（P ＜0.05）。결론：담결석환자응용전면호리간예가이명현제고호리총유효솔，제고환자만의도，축단수술시간여술중출혈량，치득추엄응용。
Pick to Objective:to observe the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention of patients with gallstones applications.Methods:in March 2012 to December 2014,our hospital 82 cases of patients with gallstones as the research object,according to different nursing method,82 patients were divided into control group and observation group,control group applied routine nursing care,observation group applied comprehensive care,compared two groups of patients with total effective nursing,nursing satisfaction and operation time,intraoperative blood loss,and so on and so forth.Results:the total effective rate was 90.2%,the observation group care nursing total effectiveness 73.2%,control group total effective nursing observation group was obviously better than the control group,two groups compared significant difference (P <0.05);Observation group was better than control group,nursing satisfaction compared the two groups differ significantly (P <0.05);The operative time and intraoperative blood loss observation group was obviously less than control group,two groups compared to significant difference (P <0.05).Conclusion:patients with gallstones application comprehensive nursing intervention can obviously increase the total effec-tive rate,improve patient satisfaction,shorten the operation time and intraoperative blood loss,is worthy of popularization and application.
