目的:观察曲美他嗪联合左卡尼汀治疗缺血性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法:选择2014年2月~2014年10月收治的缺血性心脏病心力衰竭患者70例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组35例。两组均给予内科常规治疗,观察组在此基础上给予曲美他嗪联合左卡尼汀治疗,疗程14d。观察两组的临床疗效和不良反应情况。结果:观察组患者临床总有效率明显高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组 LVEDD、LVESD 及 LVEF 改善程度优于对照组(P <0.05)。两组均未发生严重不良反应。结论:曲美他嗪联合左卡尼汀治疗缺血性心力衰竭能有效改善患者心功能,提高临床效果,且不增加不良反应,值得在临床上使用。

목적:관찰곡미타진연합좌잡니정치료결혈성심력쇠갈적림상효과。방법:선택2014년2월~2014년10월수치적결혈성심장병심력쇠갈환자70례,수궤분위관찰조화대조조,매조35례。량조균급여내과상규치료,관찰조재차기출상급여곡미타진연합좌잡니정치료,료정14d。관찰량조적림상료효화불량반응정황。결과:관찰조환자림상총유효솔명현고우대조조(P <0.05);관찰조 LVEDD、LVESD 급 LVEF 개선정도우우대조조(P <0.05)。량조균미발생엄중불량반응。결론:곡미타진연합좌잡니정치료결혈성심력쇠갈능유효개선환자심공능,제고림상효과,차불증가불량반응,치득재림상상사용。
Objective:To observe the clinical effects of trimethazine plus levocarnitine in treating ischemia heart failure.Methods:A total of 70 patients with ischemia heart failure were enrolled from our hospital from February 2014 to October 2014,and they were randomly divided into trimethazine plus levocarni-tine treatment group (observation group)and common treatment group (control group),each group contained 35 cases.After treatment,all patients were detec-ted and compared the outcomes.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than in control group (P <0.05 ).The LVEDD,LVESD and LVEF in both groups had significant improvement as compared with before treatment(P <0.05),with the observation group showing a better improvement than in control group,there were significant differences between the two groups (P <0.05 ).There was no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion:Trimethazine plus levocarnitine in treating ischemia heart failure have good effects and worthy of clinical use.
