随着对外交流的增多,馆藏景德镇陶瓷珍品成为外国游客探访和感受中国陶瓷文化的首选.由于语言和文化的差异,如何将一件件精美的陶瓷及其蕴含的文化介绍给外国游客,对译者构成了挑战.在目的论指导下,博物馆陶瓷珍品名称的英译,应采用二元共存的翻译策略,即语言层面的归化策略和文化层面的异化策略,以更好地传播中华陶瓷文化.

With the increase in international communication, museum porcelain made in Jingdezhen has become the first choice for foreign tourists to experience ceramic culture. Due to liguistic and cultural differences, it is a chalenge for translators to perfectly introduce various porcelain exhibits to foreign tourists. Guided by Skopos theory, we should adopt two strategies to translate museum porcelain names: domestication on the linguistic level and foreignization on the cultural level so as to spread Chinese ceramic culture better.
