为研究TP347H奥氏体不锈钢的在高温水蒸汽下的初期氧化行为,采用自行设计的蒸汽氧化实验模拟装置,在700℃下进行了1.5,2,3,4h 4个不同时段的氧化实验。利用SEM与AFM观察了样品表面与截面形貌,结果表明:在700℃下,TP347H快速氧化,表面首先被细小颗粒完全覆盖,随后生出许多岛状结构,且在岛状结构上会长出细小晶须.EDS与Raman结果显示,氧化层为内外两层,主要由Cr2 O3、NiO、FeCr2 O4、FeCr2 O4构成.

To study the the initial oxidation behavior of TP 347H in water vapor, the oxidation test was conducted in the homemade water vapor oxidation reactor .Four groups of samples were oxidized at 700℃ for 1.5, 2, 3, and 4hours.The surface morphology and cross-section were observed by SEM and AFM .The results suggested that Tp347H quickly oxidized at 700℃.Firstly, the surface was covered by many small particles and then many island-like structure formed in the surface .As the oxidation time increased , many small whiskers would be formed in the island-like structure .The results of EDS and Raman revealed that the oxidation layer was double layered and consisted of Cr 2 O3、NiO、FeCr2 O4、FeCr2 O4 .
