针对尿素产品的外包装，分析了影响尿素产品质量的内外在因素，并提出了相应的改造措施。通过改造设备和优化工艺操作控制，尿素包装袋上封口质量有了明显提高，降低了螺旋溜槽横包、堵包、卡包及飞包现象，缝包乱剪和喷码混乱的现象也得到了有效解决。散运钢结构栈桥进行防潮处理后，能有效防止尿素在胶带机中出现潮解的问题，可大大增加包装的有效作业时间，提高尿素包装生产率，减轻皮带对尿素的污染。

In connection with outside packing of urea product,the internal and external factors influencing the quality of urea product are analyzed, and relevant improvement measures are suggested.Through revamping equipment and optimizing process operation control,the quality of top seal of packing bag is improved significantly,the appearances of transversal bag,block up bag,check bag and fly bag at the spiral chute are reduced,beg-sewing disorderly snip and code spray printing confusion phenomena are solved successfully.After damp proof treatment of the bulk transportation steel trestle,the problem of urea deliquescence at the rubber belt conveyor can be prevented effectively,increasing effective packing operating time greatly,improving urea packing productivity, and reducing pollution to urea caused by rubber belt.
