针对燃气轮机转子在启停暂态及变工况下的振动过大问题,建立了转子瞬态动力学特性理论分析模型,基于转子热变形现象将转子热变形等效为弯曲激励力,分析了转子在热变形激励下快速启动过程的瞬态响应特性、热变形与不平衡耦合激励下的转子在不同启动过程中的瞬态动力学特性,以及热变形随启动过程衰减的转子瞬态动力学特性,研究成果为燃气轮机转子热致振动特性研究提供理论依据与基础。
針對燃氣輪機轉子在啟停暫態及變工況下的振動過大問題,建立瞭轉子瞬態動力學特性理論分析模型,基于轉子熱變形現象將轉子熱變形等效為彎麯激勵力,分析瞭轉子在熱變形激勵下快速啟動過程的瞬態響應特性、熱變形與不平衡耦閤激勵下的轉子在不同啟動過程中的瞬態動力學特性,以及熱變形隨啟動過程衰減的轉子瞬態動力學特性,研究成果為燃氣輪機轉子熱緻振動特性研究提供理論依據與基礎。

Aiming at larger vibration problems of gas turbine rotor in transition states,the transient rotor dynamic model was established.The thermal deformation of the rotor was equivalent to the bending excitation force based on the analysis of rotor thermal deformation.The transient response characteristics of the rotor under the bending excitation force in the process of fast start-up,those under thermal deformation and unbalanced coupling excitation,and the transient response characteristics of the rotor with thermal deformation decaying in the start-up process were analyzed.The study results provided a theoretical basis for studying gas turbine rotor thermal-induced vibration characteristics.
