为研究日粮铁添加水平对50~60周龄临武鸭产蛋性能和蛋品质的影响, 本试验选择健康状况良好,体重相近,产蛋率无显著差异的临武鸭200只,随机分为5组,每组5个重复,每个重复8只鸭,进行为期70 d的饲养试验. 日粮中铁添加水平分别为0、20、40、60、80 mg/kg. 结果表明:(1)日粮铁添加水平对产蛋率和平均日采食量均无显著影响.与未添加组相比,各添加组的平均蛋重和日产蛋重分别提高了0.74%(P > 0.05)、2.59%、2.96%、3.00%(P < 0.05) 和2.91%、4.03%、3.95%、5.84%(P < 0.05), 而20、40、60、80 mg/kg 铁添加水平组的料蛋比分别降低了3.77%、3.46%、4.40%、5.03%(P<0.05). (2)日粮铁添加水平对50~60周龄临武鸭蛋品质无显著影响,但随着日粮铁添加水平的提高,蛋黄比例呈上升趋势(P>0.05).3)以平均蛋重和日产蛋重为依据,通过非线性回归分析,估测得到铁的添加水平分别为71.88 mg/kg和84.50 mg/kg时,50~60周龄临武鸭平均蛋重和日产蛋重可达到最大值. 由此可知,在本试验条件下,当铁添加量为71.88~84.50 mg/kg时,50~60周龄临武鸭可获得最佳产蛋性能和蛋品质.

This experiment was conducted to study the effects of dietary iron levels on growth performances and egg quality of Linwu ducks aged from 50 to 60 weeks.A total of 200 healthy Linwu ducks with nearly same body weight and laying rate were randomly assigned to 5 groups with 5 replicates of 8 each,and fed basal diets supplemented with 0,20,40,60,80 mg/kg iron for 70 days,respectively.The results showed as followed:(1)Dietary iron level had no signifi-cant effects on laying rate and average daily feed intake(P>0.05).But compared with 0 mg/kg iron group,the average egg weight and daily egg yield in the adding groups were improved by 0.74%(P>0.05),2.59%,2.96%,3.00%(P<0.05) and 2.91%,4.03%,3.95%,5.84%(P<0.05)respectively.The feed/egg in 20,40,60,80 mg/kg iron group decreased by 3.77%, 3.46%,4.40%,5.03%(P<0.05)respectively.(2)Dietary iron level had no significant effects on egg quality of Linwu ducks aged from 50 to 60 weeks,but with the improvement of dietary iron supplement levels,the yolk ratio had risen trend (P>0.05).(3)There was a quadratic behavior for the average egg weight and daily egg yield according to the iron levels in the diets,with the best performances of those parameters established at 71.88 mg/kg and 84.50 mg/kg,respectively.In conclu-sion,71.88 mg/kg to 84.50 mg/kg iron level in dietary could obtain the best production performance and egg quality of Linwu ducks aged from 50 to 60 weeks.
