为研究补饲对哈萨克哺乳马驹生长发育的影响,本试验按照体重相近原则选择(90±10)日龄的哈萨克哺乳马驹30匹,随机分为3组,每组10匹(公母各半),分别为对照组、试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组. 对照组马驹不进行任何补饲,试验Ⅰ组马驹饲喂补饲料1,试验Ⅱ组马驹饲喂补料2(补料2为补料1+0.25%赖氨酸). 共饲喂80 d.于试验开始前1天和试验结束第2天早晨空腹进行体重、体尺指标的测定. 结果表明:试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组马驹的平均日增重与对照组相比分别提高了50.00%(P < 0.01)、61.53%(P < 0.01); 试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组马驹胸围增长分别比对照组提高49.20%、57.21%(P < 0.01); 试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组马驹的管围增长与对照组相比差异不显著(P>0.05). 试验Ⅱ组马驹体重的增加和体高、体长、胸围、管围4项体尺的增长比试验Ⅰ组快,但差异不显著(P>0.05). 由此可见,补饲可显著促进哈萨克马哺乳马驹的生长发育,但在补饲料中添加0.25%的赖氨酸对马驹的生长发育未表现出显著影响.

To study the influence of supplementary on the growth and development of Kazakh nursing foals,thirty foals with approximately 3 month old were randomly divided into three groups of 10 foals each (5 males and 5 females) according to weight.The control group wasn't fed any supplemental feedings,experimental group Ⅰ was fed Complement feed 1(without the addition of lysine),experimental group Ⅱ was fed Complement feed 2(addition 0.25%lysine).The ex-periment period was 80 d.The body weight,body size index were determined at the beginning and the end of the test.The result showed that the average daily gain of the experimental group Ⅰ and experimental group Ⅱ respectively increased by 50.00%(P < 0.01)and 61.53%(P < 0.01),compared with the control group.Increase of chest circumference in experi-mental group Ⅰand experimental group Ⅱwere 49.20%and 57.21%(P<0.01)higher than that of the control group.Ex-perimental groupⅠand experimental groupⅡfoals exhibited no real significant effect in the cannon circumference com-pared with the control group (P>0.05);Increase speed of daily gain and 4 body size index of the experimental group Ⅱwas faster than those of experimental group Ⅰ (P>0.05).The results indicated that supplementary could significantly im-prove the growth and development of Kazakh nursing foals,but complement diet containing 0.25% lysine on the growth and development of Kazakh nursing foals showed no significant effect.
