为寻找快速显示重金属离子并生成沉淀去除的新型荧光淬灭剂,以4-氨基-3,5-二(2-羟基苯基)-1,2,4-三唑[NH2C2N3(C6H4OH)2]为配体,合成重金属(Co, Cr, Mn, Ni)配合物,通过IR,1H NMR,13C NMR, MS和元素分析等确认其配位方式和结构,并测试了配合物的热重、紫外和荧光淬灭性能。结果表明:此类金属配合物热稳定性较好,Mn和Ni配合物高温下分解为氧化物;配合物的紫外吸收强度较配体有所减弱;配体荧光与重金属离子配位后发生淬灭,说明重金属离子Co, Cr, Mn, Ni是1,2,4-三唑配体优良的荧光淬灭剂,可通过配位生成沉淀去除。
為尋找快速顯示重金屬離子併生成沉澱去除的新型熒光淬滅劑,以4-氨基-3,5-二(2-羥基苯基)-1,2,4-三唑[NH2C2N3(C6H4OH)2]為配體,閤成重金屬(Co, Cr, Mn, Ni)配閤物,通過IR,1H NMR,13C NMR, MS和元素分析等確認其配位方式和結構,併測試瞭配閤物的熱重、紫外和熒光淬滅性能。結果錶明:此類金屬配閤物熱穩定性較好,Mn和Ni配閤物高溫下分解為氧化物;配閤物的紫外吸收彊度較配體有所減弱;配體熒光與重金屬離子配位後髮生淬滅,說明重金屬離子Co, Cr, Mn, Ni是1,2,4-三唑配體優良的熒光淬滅劑,可通過配位生成沉澱去除。
위심조쾌속현시중금속리자병생성침정거제적신형형광쉬멸제,이4-안기-3,5-이(2-간기분기)-1,2,4-삼서[NH2C2N3(C6H4OH)2]위배체,합성중금속(Co, Cr, Mn, Ni)배합물,통과IR,1H NMR,13C NMR, MS화원소분석등학인기배위방식화결구,병측시료배합물적열중、자외화형광쉬멸성능。결과표명:차류금속배합물열은정성교호,Mn화Ni배합물고온하분해위양화물;배합물적자외흡수강도교배체유소감약;배체형광여중금속리자배위후발생쉬멸,설명중금속리자Co, Cr, Mn, Ni시1,2,4-삼서배체우량적형광쉬멸제,가통과배위생성침정거제。
To find out a novel fluorescent quencher that may rapidly detect and remove heavy metal ions , a series of heavy metal (Co, Cr, Mn, Ni) complexes with 4-amino-3,5-bis (o-hydroxyphenyl)-1, 2, 4-triazole as ligand were synthesized. Their structures and coordination modes were confirmed by IR , 1 H NMR, 13 C NMR, MS and element analysis .The TGA, ultraviolet spectra and fluorescence quenching properties were also discussed .The results showed these complexes had good thermal stability .The Mn and Ni complexes were decomposed into stable oxide at high temperatures .The UV absorption intensity of the complexes was weaker than that of the ligand .The fluorescence of ligand was quenched when the ligand was coordinated with metal ions, which indicated heavy metal ions (Co, Cr, Mn, Ni) are good fluorescence quenchers for 1, 2, 4-triazole ligand and could be removed as precipitate .
