目的：对口腔畸形患者的心理特征进行探讨，并讨论相关心理干预对策。方法对我院治疗的口腔正畸患者80例的临床资料进行回顾性分析，利用世界卫生组织提供的生活质量测定表-100评估患者矫正前后的生活质量。结果经过矫正治疗，患者的生活质量比治疗前明显优，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论根据正畸患者的心理状态，再结合正畸专业知识和心理干预的原则，给予患者相应的心理治疗和心理咨询，有利于正畸疗效的提高。

Objective The psychological characteristics of patients with oral deformity were discussed, and the related psychological intervention measures were discussed.Methods The clinical data of 80 patients treated in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed, and the quality of life of patients was evaluated by -100.Results After orthodontic treatment, the quality of life of patients was significantly better than before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion According to the psychological state of patients, combined with the principle of orthodontic professional knowledge and psychological intervention, the patients were given psychological treatment and psychological counseling, which is conducive to the improvement of the effect of orthodontic treatment.
