采用硝酸-过氧化氢作消解液,微波消解法消解平坦淮山薯样品,用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)同时测定样品中Zn、Pb、Cd、As、Ni、Fe、Mn、Mg、Cu、Ca等10种元素含量.结果表明:优化的消解剂用量为每0.5克淮山薯样品3 mL HNO3+2 mL H2O2; 方法的检出限为0.432μg/L~2.34μg/L,加标回收率为90.0%~105%,相对标准偏差RSD%为1.3%~8.9%.该方法适合同时测定山药中的多种元素,具简便、快速、稳定、准确等优点.平坦淮山薯中含有较高的人类所必需的微量元素,是营养价值极高的食用品.

The ten microelements including Zn,Pb,Cd,As,Ni,Fe,Mn,Cu,Ca and Mg in Dioscorea alata Linn were analyzed by ICP-AES after yam was digested with nitric acid-hydrogen peroxide using microwave digestion.Experiment results showed that the optimal digesting reagent was 3 mL HNO3+2 mL H2O2 to treat 0.5 g yam.Detection limits and average recovery rates for the ten elements ranged between 0.432μg/L-2.34μg/L and 90.0%-105%,and RSD values varied between 1.3%-8.9%.ICP-AES represented a simple,rapid and accurate method for measuring trace element levels in Dioscorea alata Linn.Dioscorea alata Linn is rich in useful elements on the human's body,and with high nutritional value of food.
