依据继电器电寿命的试验条件,介绍了基于台湾研华工控机和NI PCI_7811R采集板的继电器电寿命检测控制系统的设计思想.采用图形化编程语言LabVIEW,完成FPGA数据采集软件设计,实现主机数据分析处理.采用硬件定时采集数据与软件定时读取的方法,解决了LabVIEW的1ms定时循环中定时相位不准确的问题,试验装置性能良好.

According to the test condition of relay electrical endurance, the design of test control system based on Taiwan Yanhua IPC and NI PCI_7811R data acquisition board. By using of graphical programming language LabVIEW, data acquisition software of FPGA and the algorithms of host data analysis processing software were designed. And by using the methods of hardware timing in data acquisition as wel as the software timing in reading, the problem of LabVIEW timing phase inaccuracy in 1 ms timing circulation was solved. Device shows a good performance.
