目的：探讨对特发性气胸患者运用理气活血止痛法配合西医治疗的效果。方法：选取2012年6月-2014年2月在我院接受治疗的66例特发性气胸患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组（n=33）与观察组（n=33）。对照组行西医治疗，观察组行理气活血止痛法配合西医治疗，比较两组患者的治疗有效情况及胸穿抽气量、胸穿次数、肺复张时间等相关指标。结果：两组患者病情均好转，观察组的总有效率为93.94%，显著高于对照组的75.76%，组间对比，差异显著（P<0.05）；观察组的胸穿抽气量、胸穿次数、肺复张时间显著低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：理气活血止痛法配合西医治疗特发性气胸的疗效显著，清热化痰，解除患者痛苦，具有广泛的临床推广价值。
목적：탐토대특발성기흉환자운용리기활혈지통법배합서의치료적효과。방법：선취2012년6월-2014년2월재아원접수치료적66례특발성기흉환자위연구대상，안조수궤수자표법분위대조조（n=33）여관찰조（n=33）。대조조행서의치료，관찰조행리기활혈지통법배합서의치료，비교량조환자적치료유효정황급흉천추기량、흉천차수、폐복장시간등상관지표。결과：량조환자병정균호전，관찰조적총유효솔위93.94%，현저고우대조조적75.76%，조간대비，차이현저（P<0.05）；관찰조적흉천추기량、흉천차수、폐복장시간현저저우대조조，차이구유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：리기활혈지통법배합서의치료특발성기흉적료효현저，청열화담，해제환자통고，구유엄범적림상추엄개치。
Objective: To investigate clinical effects of Liqi Huoxue Zhitong method plus western medicine on idiopathic pneumothorax. Methods: 66 patients from June 2012 to February 2014 in our hospital were selected as research objects and randomly divided into the control group (33 cases) and the observation group (33 cases). The control group received western medicine. The observation group received Liqi Huoxue Zhitong method plus western medicine. The efficiency, thoracentesis pumping quantity and the times, lung recruitment time and other related indicators in two groups were compared. Results: Patients’ condition in two groups were improved. The total efficiency in the observation group was 93.94%, significantly higher than 75.76%in the control group. The difference between two groups was significant. The efficiency, thoracentesis pumping quantity and the times, lung recruitment time and other related indicators in the observation group were much higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Liqi Huoxue Zhitong method plus western medicine was effective on idiopathic pneumothorax, and worthy of promotion.
