目的：观察肠外营养联合ω-3鱼油脂肪乳诱导缓解治疗克罗恩病的临床疗效。方法选择58例活动性梗阻型克罗恩病患者，根据治疗方法的不同分为研究组（肠外营养联合ω-3鱼油脂肪乳注射液）和对照组（肠外营养联合糖皮质激素）。观察两组患者治疗时间和诱导缓解成功率。结果研究组ω-3鱼油脂肪乳治疗时间16.83±6.98 d，对照组糖皮质激素治疗时间17.98±7.36 d，两组治疗时间无统计学差异（ P ﹥0.05）。研究组诱导缓解成功25例，成功率86.2%；对照组诱导缓解成功19例，成功率65.5%。研究组诱导缓解成功率显著高于对照组（χ2=9.981，P ﹤0.001）。结论肠外营养联合ω-3鱼油脂肪乳诱导缓解治疗克罗恩病，成功率高，安全有效。
목적：관찰장외영양연합ω-3어유지방유유도완해치료극라은병적림상료효。방법선택58례활동성경조형극라은병환자，근거치료방법적불동분위연구조（장외영양연합ω-3어유지방유주사액）화대조조（장외영양연합당피질격소）。관찰량조환자치료시간화유도완해성공솔。결과연구조ω-3어유지방유치료시간16.83±6.98 d，대조조당피질격소치료시간17.98±7.36 d，량조치료시간무통계학차이（ P ﹥0.05）。연구조유도완해성공25례，성공솔86.2%；대조조유도완해성공19례，성공솔65.5%。연구조유도완해성공솔현저고우대조조（χ2=9.981，P ﹤0.001）。결론장외영양연합ω-3어유지방유유도완해치료극라은병，성공솔고，안전유효。
Objective To investigate the effects of treatment of parenteral nutrition combined with ω - 3 fish oil fat emulsion in Crohn's disease. Methods Fifty - eight cases of active obstruction Crohn's disease were collected. According to the method of treatment,they were divid-ed into the study group(parenteral nutrition with ω - 3 fish oil fat emulsion injection)and the control group(parenteral nutrition combined with glucocorticosteroids),and the effects were observed. Results In the study group with ω - 3 fish oil fat emulsion,treatment time was 16. 83 ± 6. 98 days and in the control group,glucocorticosteroids treatment time was 17. 98 ± 7. 36 days. There was no significant difference between the two groups. In study group,25 cases had successful remission induction,with the success rate of 86. 2% and 4 cases failed. In the control group,19 cases had successful remission induction,with the success rate of 65. 5% and 10 cases failed. There was significantly higher treatment success rate in study group(χ2 = 9. 981,P ﹤ 0. 001). Conclusion ω - 3 fish oil fat emulsion combined with parenteral nutrition therapy had a high success rate for induction of remission in Crohn's disease,which is safe and effective.
