我国的蕨类植物资源丰富,近400种可供药用或保健,应用历史悠久.通过查阅10年来国内外有关蕨类植物的化学成分与药理作用的文献报道,对相关研究内容进行归纳总结与整理分析.结果表明,蕨类植物中黄酮类成分含量较高、种类众多且分布广泛,主要有黄酮类、二氢黄酮类、黄酮醇、查尔酮、黄烷醇、双黄酮及二氢黄酮醇类等化合物;这些化合物具有清除自由基抗氧化、抗炎镇痛、抗病原虫、抗菌、抗病毒活性、心脑血管方面的活性与保健价值.从化学成分与生物活性两个方面对国内外蕨类植物研究概况进行综述,以期为蕨类植物的进一步开发与利用提供参考.

There are rich resources of Pteridophyte's in China,and about 400 kinds of them have been used as medicine or health products for a long history.The latest research progress of Pteridophyt's were summarized and analyzed by reviewing the reports about chemical constituents and biological activities studies in the latest 10 years.The results of our study indicated that Pteridophyte's was widely distributed with high flavonoid content and numerous species,mainly including flavonoid,dihydroflavone,flavonol,chalcone,flavanol,biflavone,dihydroflavonol,etc..The biological activities of these constituents were also summarized,such as antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,anti-protozoon,anti-microbial,antiviral,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases therapeutic,etc.Summarized the latest research situation of Pteridophyte's in terms of its chemical constituents and biological activities with a view to providing some references for the exploitation and utilization of Pteridophyte's.
