癃闭又称小便不通、尿闭，主要症状是小便量少甚至闭塞不通。从中医上说，该病可能是瘀血阻碍气化导致的，也可能是肾虚所致。笔者从医多年，运用金匮肾气丸加味治疗癃闭取得了令人满意的效果，特总结了一下临证经验，以飨同道。
륭폐우칭소편불통、뇨폐，주요증상시소편량소심지폐새불통。종중의상설，해병가능시어혈조애기화도치적，야가능시신허소치。필자종의다년，운용금궤신기환가미치료륭폐취득료령인만의적효과，특총결료일하림증경험，이향동도。
Longbitong disease was known as urination, urine retention;the main symptom was less urine with blocking barrier. The disease might be caused by bleeding impede gasification, also might be caused by kidney deficiency. For many years, Jinggui Shenqi Wan has been used for Longbitong by the author, with many satisfactory results. In this article, the special clinical experience was summarized for more reference.
